It is a great sweater, comfortable and warm if I must say so but when I took it out of the packaging to wear it for the first time there is a small whole just above the pocket.

Very quick and professional service
To be honest, not the best first experience. Ordered hoodie and received tracking number, then nothing for days, no updates. Requested an update via email and no response, only responded once I put it in dispute through PayPal. Got a response, new tracking number and hoodie delivered so there we go…
This hoody is not the colour shown on the website, if you're expecting a purple shade do not order. I've been emailing to return this since the 19th June, I've sent several emails and have not yet received any replies.
