Donington Park always delivers a proper race weekend, and this year’s WorldSBK round was no exception. Fast bikes, packed grandstands and some of the biggest names in motorcycle racing came together for an unforgettable few days.
For Uggly&Co, the weekend was about more than simply watching the action. Our branding was out on track, our team was busy meeting fans at the stand and one of our loyalty members got the chance to experience the WorldSBK grid from the inside.
From supporting Team Flembo to welcoming Danilo Petrucci to the Uggly&Co stand, it was one of those weekends that reminded us why we love being part of the motorcycle racing community.
Uggly&Co on the Team Flembo Bike
One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was seeing the Uggly&Co name proudly displayed on the Team Flembo bike.
There is always something special about seeing your branding on a race bike, but watching it head out onto the Donington Park circuit during a WorldSBK weekend took it to another level. Surrounded by some of the fastest riders and most recognisable teams in the sport, the Team Flembo bike looked right at home.
Supporting race teams is a huge part of what Uggly&Co is about. We have always wanted the brand to feel connected to real racing, real riders and the people working behind the scenes. It is not simply about placing a logo on a bike. It is about being involved in the paddock, supporting the team and sharing the journey throughout the season.
Donington gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase that relationship in front of a huge crowd of passionate motorcycle fans.
Whether the bike was being prepared in the garage, heading towards the grid or flying around the circuit, the Uggly&Co branding stood out brilliantly. Seeing fans recognise the logo and come over to speak to us made the whole experience even better.
A WorldSBK Grid Experience for Jess Megan
The weekend also included an unforgettable opportunity for Uggly&Co loyalty member Jess Megan.
Jess won the chance to join Team Flembo on the WorldSBK grid as a grid girl, giving her access to one of the most exciting parts of the entire race weekend. The grid is where everything suddenly feels real. The teams are completing their final checks, the riders are fully focused and the atmosphere builds with every passing second.
Getting to stand alongside the team and experience those final moments before the race was a brilliant prize and something that very few fans ever get the chance to do.
Our loyalty members support Uggly&Co throughout the year, so being able to offer experiences like this means a lot to us. It gives members the opportunity to get closer to the racing they love and become part of the action rather than only watching from the grandstands.
Jess represented Uggly&Co perfectly and looked completely at home on the grid. It was great to see her enjoying the experience, meeting members of the team and taking in the full WorldSBK atmosphere.
These are the moments that stay with you long after the racing finishes, and we are already looking forward to creating more opportunities for the Uggly&Co community.
Danilo Petrucci Visits the Uggly&Co Stand
As if seeing our branding on track and having Jess on the grid was not enough, we also welcomed WorldSBK star Danilo Petrucci to the Uggly&Co stand.
Petrucci is one of the most recognisable riders in international motorcycle racing, having competed at the highest level across several championships. Seeing him take the time to come over, explore the stand and meet the Uggly&Co team was a massive moment for everyone involved.
He also looked seriously good in his signature Uggly&Co cap.
Visits like this always create a real buzz around the stand. Fans quickly realise who has arrived, phones come out and the atmosphere instantly changes. Despite the attention, Danilo was brilliant with everyone and made time for photos, conversations and a proper look through the latest Uggly&Co collection.
It was a relaxed moment during a busy race weekend and one that produced some of our favourite content from Donington.
Having riders of Danilo’s level connecting with the brand shows how far Uggly&Co has come. The brand continues to grow, but our focus remains the same. We want to produce clothing that riders and motorsport fans genuinely want to wear, both at the track and away from it.
Meeting the WorldSBK Fans
Away from the track action, the Uggly&Co stand stayed busy throughout the weekend.
WorldSBK attracts fans from across the UK and beyond, creating a brilliant mix of lifelong racing supporters, families, riders and people attending their first major motorcycle event. It was great to meet so many of them, hear their racing stories and see which products caught their attention.
Race weekends give people the chance to see our collections in person, try everything on and speak directly with the team behind the brand. Online shopping is convenient, but nothing beats meeting customers face to face and seeing their reactions to the products.
We also spotted plenty of familiar Uggly&Co caps, shirts and hoodies around the circuit. Seeing people arrive wearing the brand is something we will never take for granted. Every item represents someone who has chosen to support what we are building.
A Weekend to Remember
Donington WorldSBK delivered everything we hoped for.
We had the Uggly&Co name racing around one of the UK’s most iconic circuits on the Team Flembo bike. Jess Megan represented our loyalty community on the grid. Danilo Petrucci visited the stand, and we spent the weekend meeting some of the most passionate motorcycle racing fans around.
It was a weekend filled with racing, brilliant exposure and moments that will stay with the team for a long time.
A huge thank you goes to Team Flembo, Jess, Danilo and everyone who visited the Uggly&Co stand. Your support continues to push the brand forward and allows us to stay closely connected to the sport that inspired it.
Donington, you were brilliant. We will see you at the next one.
