Loyalty Gifts are becoming an important part of the Uggly&Co Loyalty Department, and the first major member reward has now been enjoyed. Aaron received a free pair of British Superbike weekend tickets for Oulton Park, took a friend along and had a brilliant time watching the action. It was a simple way to thank someone who supports the brand, but it also showed what the programme is intended to become.
The First Reward Leaves the Loyalty Department
When we launched the Uggly&Co Loyalty Department, we wanted it to offer more than a basic points system.
Discounts and member prices are useful, but the strongest motorcycle memories often come from experiences. A weekend at the racing, access to an event or an unexpected gift can mean far more than another promotional code.
That thinking led to our first ticket reward. Two BSB weekend passes for Oulton Park became available exclusively to loyalty members, giving one winner the chance to bring a friend and enjoy the full event.
Aaron claimed the tickets, received the entry barcodes and headed to Cheshire for Round 6 of the British Superbike Championship.
An Incredible Weekend at Oulton Park
Oulton Park delivered one of the most exciting BSB weekends of the season, particularly for Uggly&Co supporters. Bradley Ray won the opening race, Kyle Ryde finished second after starting tenth, and the two riders continued fighting at the front throughout Sunday.
Kyle took two further victories, while Brad added another second place and a third. For Aaron and his guest, the free tickets provided access to three races filled with battles, overtakes and podiums for both Uggly&Co riders.
Rewarding the People Who Support Us
Uggly&Co has grown because people continue to buy the clothing, visit the stands and follow the riders we support.
The Loyalty Department is our way of looking after those people. Members earn points through purchases and can use them for discounts, but the programme also includes benefits that develop as they move through the tiers.
Depending on the level, those benefits can include member pricing, exclusive discounts, early access, competitions, gifts, special content and invitations to selected events.
The aim is to make loyalty feel recognised. Someone who has supported the brand over time should receive something more meaningful than the same offer shown to every visitor.

More Than Points and Discounts
Members currently earn points when they shop online, giving them a clear route towards discounts and higher tiers. Those rewards make regular purchases better value, especially for customers who collect caps, follow multiple riders or pick up new pieces throughout the racing season.
However, Loyalty Gifts allow us to be more creative.
Some rewards may be physical products. Others may involve access, events, competitions or opportunities that cannot be bought through the normal website. The Oulton Park tickets were the first example of that approach.
We want members to feel that joining puts them closer to the Uggly&Co world. That can mean hearing about a new collaboration first, getting an invitation to something special or opening an order to find an unexpected extra inside.
Different Benefits for Different Tiers
The Loyalty Department is divided into tiers so the benefits can grow with the member.
The Member tier begins with points, discounts, sneak peeks and the chance to influence future collections. Crew adds further competitions, seasonal offers and selected event benefits. Circle members can receive early access, surprise gifts and invitations, while The Few and True tier includes more personal opportunities connected to products, events and the team.
Not every reward has to be huge. A free coffee at a race weekend, early access to a limited product or a small gift inside an order can still make a customer feel appreciated.
Supporting Racing Through the Loyalty Department
The programme also connects back to the reason Uggly&Co exists.
Motorcycle racing is at the centre of the brand. We support riders, attend events and create collaborations that help fans represent the people they follow. By rewarding members with race related experiences, the Loyalty Department brings customers closer to that work.
A ticket winner may discover a new rider, visit the Uggly stand or experience BSB for the first time. That strengthens the connection between the customer, the brand and the racing community.
Members can explore collaborations through the racing merchandise collection, including designs connected to British Superbikes, road racing and international teams.
This Is Only the Beginning
Aaron’s Oulton Park weekend was the first major Loyalty Department reward, but it will not be the last.
The newsletter brief makes clear that more exclusive access and events are planned for the future. The exact rewards will change depending on the season and opportunities available, which means members should keep an eye on emails, social media and programme updates.
We also want to keep improving the programme based on what members enjoy. Experiences like Oulton Park help us understand which rewards create the most excitement and which events people would love to attend next.
Join the Uggly&Co Loyalty Department
The first pair of tickets has been claimed, the first member experience has taken place and the next Loyalty Gifts are already something to look forward to.
Aaron and his friend had a brilliant weekend at Oulton Park, watching two Uggly&Co riders dominate the podium. For us, seeing the reward used and enjoyed was just as important as announcing the winner.
Joining the programme is free, and members can begin earning points while accessing lower prices and selected benefits.
